This stand is double the size of our original stand and raises the spigot about 30" off the ground, making it even easier to connect your water hose and  fill containers. The rain barrel stand is made from pressure treated hardwood. Our Rain Barrel Stand weighs approximately 40 lbs and is more than capable of handling the 500+ lbs that a full rain barrel weighs.
